The Owensboro Police Department says the missing person, Bond S. Allen, has been located, and he's okay.
Around 3:30 p.m., the police department was notified by a family member that Allen was safe and with his family.
Just before 5 o'clock, Thursday morning, the department responded to the 1700 block of Lock Avenue and completed a missing person report for Allen.
He was reported missing from this residence by a family member who states that he left at approximately 4:00 a.m.
