MULDRAUGH, KY (WAVE) - As of Wednesday evening, the Hardin County Red Cross reported more than 50 people, displaced by the train derailment and fire, have taken shelter at the former Muldraugh Elementary School, located at 202 Wendell Street in Muldraugh.

The Red Cross is asking any who comes to be prepared to stay the night. They offer comfort kits and blow up pillows, but recommend you bring your own pillow and any over night supplies you may need. Also, do not forget your medication.

For pet owners, the Red Cross said Fort Knox is supposed to bring down a tent to house them. Please bring their vaccination documents.

There is a second shelter set up in Jefferson County at Stuart Elementary at 4601 Valley Station Road.
