A third arrest has now been made in the murder of a 4-year-old girl.

Autumn Michelle Raymond died on October 4, 1999, from injuries sustained in an September  arson fire at her home on Tanner Lane in Beaver Dam.

38-year-old Bobby Frances Napier was an acquaintance of the family.  He is already being held in the Northpoint correctional facility as a state inmate.

Earlier this month, 47-year-old Virginia Whitfield of Greenville and 53-year-old Tony Lear of McHenry were charged with murder and arson in the death of Autumn.

Whitfield was the mother of the little girl and Lear as a family acquaintance.

Investigators say Autumn died from injuries in a fire at her home in 1999. Police say two other children escaped but suffered smoke inhalation.
