EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

There will be a career workshop for military members in the Tri-State this weekend.

It's part of a nationwide program called 'Mission: Transition,' and an effort to assist the local military community as they transition into the civilian workforce.

The event includes job search strategies, resume and interview tips.

The workshop will be held at the west side Home Depot in Evansville at 5320 Pearl Drive from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday.

If you plan on attending, you need to register online.

The home depot employs more than 35,000 active duty military personnel and veterans.
