A house caught fire on Evansville's east side Thursday night; and then again on Friday morning.
It happened on 450 Audubon Drive.
Officials say on Thursday night it was reported just before 10:30 p.m. by a neighbor who lives across the street.
They say when crews arrived they saw smoke and flames coming from the side of the house.
Crews were able to quickly put the fire out.
It rekindled for a few minutes on Friday morning, and, again, crews were able to quickly put it out.
No one was home when the fire started. Investigators ruled this fire 'accidental in nature-electrical' from an exhaust fan in the attic.
