Madisonville Community College is hosting a special spring registration and advising day on Wednesday.
Academic advisors will be on hand to help students plan for the upcoming semester. There will also be staff on hand to assist with any financial aid questions.
The day is tailored to those who are transfer students and those looking to re-enroll in college. School officials say they're trying to make the process easy for everyone.
"The goal is to just get them all taken care of in one fell swoop. Now we'll continue to register students through the first of the year, but this is just a good way to focus and get the word out, and hopefully, we'll have a lot of traffic," said Cathy Vaughan, MCC's Director of Counseling Services.
This free event starts Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. and goes until 3 p.m. on the campus of MCC.
