Serial burglar who preys on elderly arrested

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH (Toledo News Now) - After three weeks of searching, authorities captured fugitive Darvell Smith Monday, based on a tip received.

Smith was wanted by the U.S. Marshals, Euclid Police and Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office for burglary. Police say he is a serial burglar and preys on the elderly.
