SPENCER COUNTY, IN (WAVE) -

A former Indiana State trooper charged with the murders of his wife and two children is expected to be back in court Monday.

David Camm is scheduled to have a pre-trial hearing in Spencer County.

Camm is charged with killing his wife, Kim, and children, Brad and Jill, in September 2000 in their Georgetown, Indiana home.

This will be Camm's third trial. He was convicted twice, but both of those verdicts were overturned. His third trial is scheduled for August 2013.
