OHIO COUNTY, KY (WFIE) -
An Ohio County man is dead following an accident near Beaver Dam.
It happened Sunday on Kentucky 2713.
State police say 45-year-old Kevin Frame of Horse Branch was driving south in a pickup truck when he crossed the center line and struck a van driven by 27-year-old Michael Kassinger of Beaver Dam.
Investigators say Frame's truck rolled over and he was thrown out of the vehicle.
Frame was airlifted to the University of Louisville Hospital where he is in critical condition.
Michael Kassinger was pronounced dead at the scene by the county coroner.
There were three passengers in the van, all from Beaver Dam.
Jessica Kassinger was taken to Owensboro Medical Health System where she is now in fair condition.
Savannah Kassinger was taken to Kosair's Children's Hospital in Louisville. She is in serious condition.
Sierra Kassinger was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center where she is in good condition.
All occupants were wearing safety restraints except for Frame.
The accident remains under investigation.
