Whirlpool has changed the timeline for the start of layoffs at its Product Development Center in Evansville.
Layoffs had been scheduled for next month, but now, officials say that's been pushed back to the end of December.
Officials say the delay is based on voluntary departures and changes in business needs.
Whirlpool says it has about 100 employees at the development center.
