Voter registration deadline is Tuesday

Indiana's voter registration deadline is Tuesday.

Vanderburgh County Clerk Susan Kirk says you may visit the voter's registration office in room 106 of the Civic Center to get registered.

She says the deadline for registration is 4:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. She says if you plan to mail in your registration, it must be post-marked by midnight tomorrow.

"Be sure that you're registered to vote where you are living at. Some people, you know, they think, 'Well, I still live in Vanderburgh County, but I moved even across the street.' You need to get re-registered," Kirk said.

Kirk also says you may register to vote online. To visit that website, click here.
