OAKLAND CITY, IN (WFIE) -

The Oakland City Masonic Lodge was working Friday to cleanup following that same storm. The exterior windows were shattered and the interior suffered extreme flooding.

In total, the building right off Main Street suffered more than $35,000 in damages. So, they're hosting a pork chop dinner on November 3rd to raise money to repair the building that has a strong history to the men who have been meeting there for so many years.

"It is devastating for the men who meet here because this building has meant a lot to them since 1929 when it was erected, it is our home," said former Indiana Grandmaster Ken Willis.

Pre-sale tickets are available for just $12.50. Tickets will be $13.00 at the door.

The lodge tells us they'll be offering carry-out and free delivery.

TO purchase those advanced tickets, you can call 749-3054, 385-6631, 664-4166, or 664-1306.
