HOPKINS CO., KY (WFIE) -

A driver and three passengers were taken to the hospital early Saturday morning in Hopkins County after their car struck a tree and rolled to a stop.

Kentucky State Police say 20-year-old Meghan Fleming of Beech Creek, KY, was driving eastbound on US 62 around 12:45 a.m. Saturday morning when her vehicle hydroplaned. It caused the vehicle to exit the right side of the roadway where is struck a tree. Hitting the tree caused the car to roll until it came to a rest, right side up, facing east.

Fleming and her passengers were taken to Regional Medical Center for treatment. Others in the car were 19-year-old Daniel Foe of Graham, KY, 20-year-old Travis Hale of Hopkinsville, KY, and 20-year-old Justin Nannie of Central City, KY.

Troopers say they all were wearing their seatbelts.
