The big event kicked off Friday in eight counties.
The Highway 60 yard sale starts in Meade County and goes all the way to Livingston County.
You can jump on 60 at any point to take part in the yard sale, just look for the bright yellow signs.
People, groups and businesses will be set up all along the route for you to visit.
This is the 7th year for the event after it was born in Hancock County.
Tourism officials say the Highway 60 yard sale is huge for western Kentucky and they hope it keeps getting even bigger.
"We hope that this will grow as large as some of the other long yard sales, where people will come in and spend the night, stay a little bit more time in our towns, but it's grown every year and, you know, people will be set up and find some goodies, I hope," said Karen Miller with the Owensboro CVB.
Everything kicks off Friday morning and lasts until Sunday, but Friday and Saturday are normally the busier days.
The GRADD Arts and Crafts Festival is also taking place this weekend in conjunction with the yard sale.
