A Santa Claus man has been arrested, accused of child molestation.
Indiana State Police arrested 56-year-old Karl B. Rustin after detectives began an investigation on Tuesday when they received information from the Dubois County Child Protection services.
The preliminary investigation revealed for one year, Rustin molested two girls on several occasions in Spencer County.
Rustin was in Spencer County Jail Wednesday night, booked preliminarily on two counts each of child molestation and child solicitation.
