A woman has been arrested in Dubois County after being found passed out in a McDonald's parking lot.
According to the Dubois County Sheriff's Department, a manager of the McDonald's store called authorities after seeing a woman that appeared to be passed out inside of her vehicle.
A deputy reported to the scene to find 36-year-old Krista Oser inside the car. After testing, it Oser was found to have a blood-alcohol content level of .13. She was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated shortly thereafter.
Oser was booked into the Dubois County Security Center.
