EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

The Vanderburgh County Solid Waste District will hold an Electronics Recycling Day on Saturday, September 29 at the Civic Center parking lot from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. 

Residents from Vanderburgh County households can bring a variety of electronic items including computers and computer related equipment, TVs, VCRs, and DVD players. 

Microwaves, copiers and appliances will not be accepted.

The District has contracted with C&I Electronics of Evansville to handle the items collected.  Items from businesses will not be accepted.
