More than 37,000 Indiana borrowers who lost homes to foreclosure will be among thousands more in Illinois and Kentucky.

Most states receiving claim forms for payments under the national mortgage settlement.

Attorney General Greg Zoeller urged eligible borrowers to return completed claim forms. The deadline for all claims is January 18. Payments are expected to be mailed in mid 2013.

Claims can also be filed online.
