An event this morning at the Shoe Carnival headquarters in Evansville was focused on health and fitness.
It's all part of Reebok's Crossfit program.
It was a full on workout demo at Shoe Carnival to promote healthy living.
Reebok, Shoe carnival, Crossfit and Crossfit Evansville introduced folks to Crossfit, an up and coming fitness routine that's designed to give you a total body workout in a safe and effective way.
"You may go into a global gym and you may do movements that you are doing by yourself," Jared Wagner with Crossfit Evansville. "You have your headphones on and not working out to your full potential. But when you get into a community like this, it pushes you beyond your potential."
They didn't let the overcast, chilly weather stop them either.
They did lunges, squats, pull ups and even something called an inchworm, all to promote healthy living.
