Luck's leadership takes hold

Andrew Luck has already shown the ability to survive fierce pass rushes, rebound from interceptions and losses and been poised enough to the lead the Colts on a game-winning drive. Those closest to the rookie are amazed by Luck's other traits.

When the Colts changed direction in March by releasing Peyton Manning and building a future around their new franchise quarterback, everyone expected some growing pains.

But what the Colts have found is that Luck is ready for prime time.

While the Stanford grad insists there's plenty he can improve on and that he's still learning his way in the NFL, teammates see a rookie who is playing like a veteran and who has enough composure to continue winning - regardless of what might go wrong.
