GIBSON COUNTY, IN (WFIE) -
A man once on Gibson County's Most Wanted was in court today.
A progress hearing for 23-year-old Derek Agnew was held today. In the hearing his attorney filed a motion to suppress on the statements Agnew made to a police officer in Arizona.
The judge will hear that motion on November 1.
The Arizona officer is also going to take his deposition.
No trial date has been set.
Agnew was arrested in Arizona back in March and later extradited.
He faces felony robbery and drug charges and a count alleging failure to appear in court.
Agnew is being held in the Gibson County Jail without bond.
