A McLean County man is in jail and accused of threatening to kill his girlfriend.
Kentucky State Police say 47-year-old Delbert Hudson assaulted the woman before threatening to kill her with a loaded shotgun.
Troopers say the girlfriend also told them Hudson restrained her in their home on Trailer Road when she tried to leave for help.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
Hudson was arrested and taken to the Daviess County Detention Center. He's being held on a $5,000 bond.
