INDIANA (WFIE) -

A drug-take back day has been set for September 29th at most Indiana State Police posts. State police and other law enforcement agencies will be collecting leftover, expired or unwanted prescription drugs to prevent theft and abuse.

Those with unwanted or expired prescription drugs can turn them in anonymously. Only pills and liquid drugs will be accepted.

The drive is part of a nationwide effort by the Drug Enforcement Administration.

You can find the nearest location to drop off those unwanted drugs by clicking here.
