Icemen single game tickets go on sale tomorrow

The Evansville IceMen, proud ECHL affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets and St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League and the Springfield Falcons and Peoria Rivermen of the American Hockey League are announcing their single-game tickets on sale date as well as the introduction of seven special family nights for the rapidly-approaching 2012-13 pro hockey season.

Single game tickets for each of the IceMen 36-regular season home games will go on sale this FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH at 10:00 AM at the FORD CENTER BOX OFFICE as well as through TICKETMASTER.COM. The box office hours at the Ford Center are set for Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The IceMen individual game tickets for the upcoming season are priced as low as $15 with a special price of only $10 for all youngsters 12 and under.

The home opening night for the IceMen in their inaugural campaign in the ECHL in the league's 25th Anniversary Season is on the docket for SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13TH at 7:15 pm at the Ford Center where they will rekindle their fierce  archrivalry against their in-state foes, the Fort Wayne Komets.

Newly-introduced for this IceMen ECHL season will be seven "Subway Family Nights" which will include all five Sunday home dates as well as two more dates on Saturday night. For one $12 ticket, IceMen fans will also receive one small soda, one small popcorn and one free IceMen/Subway T-shirt on these designated special nights. The seven scheduled "Subway Family Nights" are set for 5-Sundays; October 28th, November 18th, December 2nd, January 6th and March 3rd with game time being 5:00 pm with the exception of the March 3rd date which will have a 7:15 pm opening face-off. The two Saturday nights included in this family promotion will be December 22nd and February 2nd with both games set for 7:15 pm.

With training camp mere weeks away, the IceMen will be announcing additional player signings during this current week. Presently, the IceMen have 11-players under contract and two more personnel inked to official ECHL tryout agreements for the early autumn rites of 2012-13.
