A unique art event starts a week from Wednesday in Owensboro. It's called Nine 1 Nine.
Local speed painter Aaron Kizer will perform on top of the RiverPark Center parking garage to create four new paintings, each done in about six minutes.
Kizer will be joined by one of his childhood idols, Layzie Bone, from Bone Thugs and Harmony.
Layzie Bone will perform some of Kizer's favorite songs as Kizer starts to paint.
Kizer said, "This definitely takes it a step above everything I've done before, and literally, too. On top of a parking garage, so pretty excited about that."
The event will start next Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $40 and may be purchased on kizerarts.com.
