EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

School spirit has never been more important than now at the University of Evansville.

Today Show co-hosts Kathie Lee and Hoda are conducting the 'Go Back to College' Twitter contest to see which college has the most school spirit.

The winning institution, will get to have Kathie Lee and Hoda do the Today Show live from their campus.

University of Evansville students are taking part and the student who is spearheading the spirit effort says he's going all out.

"We have a ton of Ace purples. We're going to blow up a 12-foot Ace purple. We're going to put signs all over campus telling people to take pictures with them. I just made purple french toast the other day," said UE senior Michael Armanno. "Because were so small, a lot of people may not be looking at us, but that's when we're going to strike. We're going to come out. We're just going to have so much school spirit they're not going to know what to do with it."

Kathie Lee and Hoda will pick the six best finalists and then there will be a nationwide vote to determine the winning school.

Here's guidelines from the contest's rules on how students participate-
