Owensboro Police say they seized a package on Tuesday containing a pound and a half of marijuana delivered to an address on Carpenter Drive.
Police say they served a search warrant and arrested 25-year-old Julius G. Maddox and 32-year-old James A. Belcher on several charges including trafficking marijuana.
Officers say they also seized other items that were consistent with an ongoing trafficking operation.
