In Ohio County, a former high school basketball coach accused of sexual abuse and sodomy will spend no time in jail as part of a plea deal in the case.
Officials say Terry Nofsinger pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful transaction with a minor.
In exchange, he'll be on supervised parole for five years and can't work at any school. Formal sentence is set for October fourth.
Nofsinger was the girls basketball coach at Ohio County School when he was arrested in 2010.
