A special helicopter landed in White County, Illinois to assist in the search for Jacob Wheeler.
Sheriff's deputies are calling him a person of interest in the death of 17-year old Jessica Evans.
Deputies say a helicopter from the Illinois Department of Transportation arrived at the Carmi Airport at 3:30 Friday morning.
The helicopter, with a FLIR heat sensing system, was used to search the area where Wheeler's truck was recovered.
No one was found.
White County Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the location of Jacob Wheeler.
