BRECKENRIDGE CO., KY -

A Kentucky prisoner is still on the run Friday night. 41-year old Robert Waddell escaped from a Breckenridge County Deputy Jailer while being transported early Friday morning.

He was arrested last week in Ohio County on charges of rape, burglary, and assault.

Friday, we learned Robert Waddell also has connections in Ohio County.

Waddell's friends say he has a brother in Hardinsburg, one in the state of Ohio, and a half brother in McQuady. He also has friends in the area.

Law enforcement says they've checked those two places and have come up empty. The sheriff's office says this isn't its first time dealing with Waddell. About a year ago, he attempted to escape from Breckinridge County.

"We were up in that area helping them and they pinged his cell phone and it lead up to where he was parked out in the woods in the field with a female and we affected the arrest then," said Ohio County Deputy Christopher Matthews.

Remember, if you see Waddell, he is considered armed and dangerous.
