Kentucky State Police are investigating a crash involving a U-Haul truck.
Todd County officials say 46-year-old Diana Allen, of Springfield, TN, drove into path of a U-Haul truck at the intersection of Kentucky 181 and US 68.
They say the driver of the truck, 29-year-old Stephen Lee, struck Allen's car and caused both vehicles to land in a nearby ditch.
Allen and another passenger were airlifted to a local hospital.
Two juveniles, including a four-year-old, were also taken to a local medical center with unknown injuries.
