West Nile Death

The Indiana Department of Health is reporting its first known West Nile Virus death in the Evansville area. Details coming up on Sunrise. Emily will also be live in Vanderburgh County as health officials prepare to spray for mosquitoes this morning.

We're under a Slight Risk for severe weather today. Byron says we could see showers and storm late this afternoon and tonight.

    Mayor Lloyd Winnecke says a group met with a project consultant and some think Roberts Park might be the perfect location. There's plenty of space and with other sporting facilities near the site, could be used to attract out of town swimming tournaments.
