Illinois State Police arrest two Evansville men on drug charges

Illinois State Police have arrested two Evansville men on drug charges.

According to officials, 25-year-old Jarard Landrum and 25-year-old William Mason were arrested Sunday in White County.

They say police pulled the two over on Interstate 64 for speeding, but had cause to search the vehicle.

Troopers say they found cannabis along with other drug paraphernalia.

Both Landrum and Mason were arrested and charged with possession of cannabis.

They are currently being held at the White County Jail.
