EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

An Evansville man has been arrested on rape charges.

Police say 34-year-old Marcus Williams raped the victim in his hotel room on Old Business 41.

The victim says she only went to Williams' room because she thought he had stolen money from her.

The victim says she had even blocked his phone calls to her hotel room because he wouldn't stop calling her.

Williams also faces drug paraphernalia charges because police say they found a crack pipe in his suitcase, and one in his pocket.
