HENDERSON, KY (WFIE) -
Police are investigating a bank robbery in Henderson.
Henderson Police say a man entered the Ohio Valley Financial Group on Barret Blvd. around 11:48.
HPD says he walked up to the counter and stated "I need to make a withdrawal."
Police say he handed the teller a bag and told them to put all the money in it. The teller did as he said.
Authorities say he then went out the front door and across Barret as though he was going toward 41 North.
Police say he did not show a weapon and did not make any direct threats.
K-9 units tracked the suspect to the Super 8 motel but then lost the scent, indicating he could have gotten into a vehicle.
Police say they are working with area businesses to see if they have outside surveillance cameras or any witnesses. They are viewing bank video now.
The suspect is described as: white male, brown hair, large sunglasses, red baseball cap, long sleeve grey T-shirt, blue jeans, 5'9", medium build, with a 'nice complexion'.
