EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -
Evansville Police have
arrested a man with a history of stealing from cars and officers say he's at it again. Officers say Roger Rogers was arrested Wednesday morning after breaking into several cars at Howell Park and Burdette Park on Evansville's west side.
Rogers was taken into custody on unrelated warrants during a car stop on the
west side. During his arrest, officers say they found personal items in his vehicle that
belonged to victims from car break-ins
that occurred just before his arrest.
Police say Rogers was released from prison
in March of this year after serving time for breaking into cars in and around
Evansville in 2009.
