Brinker's Jewelers announced plans to celebrate its 40th anniversary by giving away $40, 000.
However, not to just anyone.
They'll be giving it away through a promotion on their Facebook page starting Wednesday.
Brinker's says you can vote online for any of the 12 local nonprofit groups. The top group with the most votes will get $10,000, the second will get $5,000, and everyone else will get $2,500.
Brinker's says it's a way of helping organizations that do a lot for those in need in our community.
"We've been a part of the community for 40 years and we're known for being a part of the community. We just want to do something extra special for our 40th anniversary, so it definitely makes us feel good to help those in need," said Kyle Brinker, CFO of Brinker's Jewelers.
