Indiana State Police say a suspect is in serious condition after a Petersburg city officer was forced to shoot him. Details coming up on Sunrise.

Roberts Lawsuit

A lawsuit is filed against the demolition of Roberts Stadium in Evansville. City officials say they will seek a hearing in hopes of dismissing it.
