Ever wanted to quit smoking but just can't get over the hump?
Today might be your lucky break.
Henderson Methodist Hospital wants to help you quit smoking if you're ready.
The hospital is offering a 13-week program on how to quit smoking.
Monday, July 23, at 8 a.m., you can go to the basement classrooms of Methodist Hospital to get more information about the CooperClayton method.
That's how the classes will be structured for smokers, with a support group environment.
The class is free, all you'll need is $5 for a course book and to buy your nicotine replacement product.
The class will start on July 30. Each class will last about an hour.
