NEWBURGH, IN (WFIE) -

Saturday night's production of the "Hairspray" Musical was canceled do to a power outage at Castle High School.

A transformer blew right near the school about 20 minutes before the 7:00 p.m. show was set to begin.

There was a back-up generator which was unable to supply enough power.

A second show has been added to this list for Sunday.  The regularly scheduled show will go on at 2:00 p.m., with an extra show added at 7:00 p.m., if power is back up and running.
