A 32-year-old man is in fair condition at Deaconess Hospital after a crash just after one this morning in Saline County, Illinois.
Illinois State Police say Alan Fleming was driving a truck tractor pulling a dump trailer full of coal eastbound on Raleigh Road when he ran off the roadway.
The truck hit two power poles before coming to a rest.
The dump trailer lost it's entire load of coal as a result.
Fleming was cited for improper lane usage and texting while driving.
