Jobless rates remain same in Ky.

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Jobless rates in Kentucky have held steady for a second month.
A statement from the Kentucky Office of Employment and Training on Thursday says the unemployment rate for June was 8.2 percent - the same as the rate for May.
State economist Manoj Shanker says Kentucky is "on a growth path" with more than 4,000 jobs added for two consecutive months.
Shanker says that means job growth outnumbers the people entering the job market, which keeps the unemployment rate down.
