Authorities in Arkansas have arrested Cindy L. Hutchinson.
She was wanted in Kentucky after being seen driving a dead man's car.
On Monday, around 8:30 P.M., the KSP Post 2 Madisonville received a call from the Marion Police Department in reference to a death investigation.
Officers from the Marion Police Department had received a call to conduct a welfare check on a resident located at 229 East Depot Street.
Around 8:20 p.m., officers went inside the home and found the body of Leonard E. Roberts.
The victim had been assaulted and appeared to have been stabbed.
Ms. Hutchinson was seen in the victim's vehicle prior to the arrival of MPD at the victim's residence.
On Tuesday, officers from the Fort Smith Police Department arrested Ms. Hutchinson. She is currently lodged in the Sebastian County Detention Center with no bond. Her court appearance is scheduled for Monday, July 23 in Sebastian County.
The case remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police.
