AT&T says cause determined in tower outage

Posted: Updated:
KENTUCKY (WFIE) -
For those in Kentucky that are having problems with your AT&T signal, AT&T tells 14 News that 11 towers went out in Western Kentucky.

AT&T Customer Service says all the towers they were having problems with are back up and running.

They say there are still some outages in other parts of Western Kentucky. All towers should be back up and ready Tuesday afternoon.

AT&T says they found a fiber optic cable had been cut, causing the problems.
