Princeton Police say a teenager has been charged with beating another teen that all started over a baseball cap.

Police Chief W. W. George says the teen victim had just left the Gibson County Fair when he was attacked near the city pool.

George says the victim was beaten because he was wearing a red cap but why the cap was a problem is unclear.

Anyone with information in this incident is asked to call Princeton Police.
