The American Red Cross is asking for help filling the backpacks of more than 500 military children.

The back to school drive was created to help military families who may be struggling.

July 16 through August 5, you can donate school supplies such as notebooks, markers, pencils and more.

All the supplies will then be stuffed into backpacks and given out to kids before the school year begins.
