Now's your chance to golf for a good cause.
Today is the 22nd Annual Evansville Christian Life Center Golf Scramble Fundraiser.
The event is taking place today at Rolling Hills Country Club in Newburgh.
Money raised will go to the Evansville Christian Life Center.
The center is an independent non-profit organization devoted to community outreach through a variety of services.
They say the summer months are the hardest, especially when it comes to keeping their food pantry full. That's why fundraiser's at this time are so important.
Registration and breakfast start at 8 a.m.
Tee off time is set for 9 with a shotgun start.
Lunch will follow, around 2 p.m.
Also afterward, there will be a silent auction.
The top three teams will be awarded prizes.
It's $150 dollars per golfer or $500 for a team of four.
