Owensboro Police are investigating an incident where a man fired rounds at another man on Friday night.
Police responded to a call of a firearm discharge on Westwood Avenue around 11:55 p.m. Friday night.
49-year-old Garry Neal told officers when they arrived on scene that he saw five unknown subjects in front of his house and then had a verbal argument with one of them.
Officers say that Neal then told them that the male subject fired multiple rounds from a handgun towards him, and striking his home.
