The Tyler Police Department has asked for the public's assistance in locating a missing 18-year-old.
Officials say Jadarion Buckley, 18, of Tyler, was last seen at Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler around 5 p.m. Monday.
Against medical advice, police say Buckley left the hospital, where he was undergoing treatment.
Buckley was last seen wearing a hospital gown, and police say he may have left the hospital premises by vehicle.
Authorities added that Jadarion Buckley is not in immediate physical danger.
Anyone with information on Jadarion's whereabouts is asked to call the Tyler Police Department. (903) 531-1000.
