BOONVILLE, IN (WFIE) -
On Thursday, deputies with the Warrick County Sheriff's Office along with officers from the Indiana State Police, Boonville City Police, and Chandler Police Department executed a Search Warrant at a home on North State Road 161, near Boonville.
During the execution of the search warrant the officers say they seized several suspected marijuana plants, a working clandestine methamphetamine lab, suspected methamphetamine, anhydrous ammonia and other precursors for manufacturing methamphetamine, and paraphernalia.
Arrested at the residence were the homeowners, Brian and Ladonna Barnes, both 41 years old.
Both Brian and Ladonna Barnes were taken to the Warrick County Jail and preliminarily charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine (Class B Felony), Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver (Class B Felony), Possession of Precursors and a firearm with intent to manufacture Methamphetamine (Class C Felony), Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia in unapproved container (Class D Felony), Cultivating Marijuana over 30 gram (Class D Felony), and Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony).
The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team responded to the scene to clean up the Meth Lab and dispose of the toxic waste.
Both husband and wife were able to post $1,000.00 bond and were released from custody.
